A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from Cab Connects. Online form submission is a booking request and requires confirmation from our team.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the trip are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fare.
Fare is calculated based on distance traveled, vehicle type and applicable tolls/taxes. The driver may collect fare in cash or via UPI after the trip.
All our drivers are trained and professional. Any misconduct should be reported immediately to our helpline at +91 9173750789.
Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by them. Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
Cab Connects shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts.
